We invite applications from enthusiastic, hard-working and ambitious professionals to apply for the position of Experienced Corporate Services Administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Process day-to-day tasks of the Corporate Department.

  • Assist in the preparation, review and execution of agreements, contracts, letters.

  • Liaise with banks in Cyprus and overseas for account opening, account review and transaction processing.

  • Prepare corporate documentation such as resolutions/minutes, powers of attorney and make arrangements for apostillation (where necessary).

  • Prepare and submit to the Registrar of Companies any documentation necessary to carry out corporate changes.

  • Make submissions with the Registrar of Companies and CySEC for the purposes of the Companies’ UBO Register and the Trusts’ Registry respectively.

  • Prepare and maintain sufficient records of Company’s correspondence with local and foreign authorities (e.g. Companies Registrar’s Office, CySEC) and/or any other relevant documentation.

  • Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with external associates and governmental authorities.

  • Liaise with other departments of the firm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Legal academic background will be considered an advantage.

  • 2-3 years of experience in a corporate services related role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work with teams, following instructions and guidelines.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and work under pressure.

  • Analytical thinking to provide solutions to complex issues.
