CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a multi-asset broker with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Social Media & Content Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for developing strategies that will increase followers, engagement and quality leads by creating and overseeing social media content and campaigns, as well as managing and producing website content. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar who possess approximately 2 years of relevant experience gained working in the FX and/or CFD industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Regularly post text, video and images that engage the company’s target market.
• Follow online conversations on social media accounts and resolve customer concerns using social media platforms.
• Interact with writers, designers, developers and customers and report feedback and progress to Senior Management.
• Craft engaging content that aligns with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.
• Formulate a cross-platform content strategy.
• Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.
• Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English or another related field.
• Approximately 2 years of relevant experience working in the Forex and/or CFD industry.
• Creativity, with the ability to develop original content.
• Familiarity with all major social media platforms is a must.
• Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
• Understanding of basic SEO principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
