Career Opportunity

We are looking for an individual who possesses exceptional communication skills and can effectively serve as a Consulting Associate in our Restructuring Services division. The primary focus of this role involves engaging with individuals who have outstanding debts to the bank and providing strategic guidance on the necessary steps to facilitate debt recovery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing administration support for a specific project of the Consulting Department.

  • Engage in comprehensive communication with borrowers to address outstanding debts and establish clear payment obligations.Continuous monitoring of the progress in cases assigned and execution of relevant structured tasks/actions.

  • Proactively communicating challenges to the Manager in charge and daily reporting on the progress made.

  • Conduct thorough analyses of each case, taking into account legal and financial considerations.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies and action plans.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation and update relevant databases with progress and outcomes.

  • Undertaking any other administrative duties, as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of studies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.

  • Prior work experience in a corporate environment involving credit facilities and real estate management will be considered an advantage.

  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word.

  • Team player and collaborate well with others.

  • Proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.

  • Flexible and easily adaptable to new tasks.
