G. Kofteros Group Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in Limassol. As the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and profitability of our brand by engaging with customers, building strong relationships, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers and establish rapport to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Provide professional and knowledgeable guidance to clients, assisting them in finding the best solutions from our wide range of products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals set by the company.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction materials or related industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Bilingual in English and Greek, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer relationship management.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary : €1600 gross + Commission Bonus on the Sales
