CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Consultancy Firm providing services and solutions to the FinTech and Marketing sectors, we are seeking to recruit an Account Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Account Manager, you will primarily be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with the products and services offered by our Client. You will need to possess outstanding client services skills, ideally with experience in a similar role and be fluent in both written and verbal English. Knowledge of CRM systems will be considered a significant advantage.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
- Complete tasks in a timely manner, prioritizing responsibilities and demonstrating effective time management skills.
- Effectively utilize Asana, Jira, CRM and spreadsheets to manage and track projects, tasks, and client communications and ensure are up-to-date.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, address their concerns, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure tasks are being executed.
- Establish internal process to assist in customer’s interaction, recording and maintenance.
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients.
- Prior experience working in a client-facing role is highly desirable.
- Outstanding customer service skills are a must.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Asana, Jira and CRM Systems will be considered an advantage.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- A strong work ethic and a team player mentality.
