CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Alternative Investment Fund Management Company (AIFM) regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), we are seeking to recruit a Junior Marketing Assistant to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and advertising initiatives. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Graphic Design or another relevant field and have a sound understanding of marketing principles and strategies. This is a junior-level position and therefore Graduates or those will limited working experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Assist the marketing team in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, content creation, and advertising initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and industry insights.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
• Coordinate and maintain marketing databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Help organize and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports for the marketing team.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist in managing the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Ideally educated to degree level in Marketing, PR, Communications, Design or another relevant field.
• Any previous experience in a junior-level marketing role is desirable, but not essential.
• Familiarity with marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
• A general understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of basic graphic design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
