CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a well-established and expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for assisting clients with various requests, enquiries and potential issues via telephone, email and live chat, including educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms. Fluency in both verbal and written Italian and English is essential and any previous experience working in the Forex and/or Financial Services sector is highly desirable.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide answers to customers by identifying problems and assisting with incoming queries by telephone, email and live chat.
• Educating clients on how to use the Company’s website and trading platforms.
• Communicating with clients regarding the company’s products and services via telephone, email and live chat.
• Assisting other department as required.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Native or near-native Italian and fluent English is essential.
• Knowledge and experience in FX will be considered advantageous, but not essential.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must.
• Computer literacy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
