CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Audit & Accounting services to both local and international clients, we are seeking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. The successful applicant will plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, as well as oversee SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and display advertising. You should be educated to degree level in Marketing, PR or a related field and possess approximately 2 years of proven experience as a digital marketeer, gained from either an in-house or agency side role.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc.).
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Plan coordinate and drive onsite SEO performance (keyword, image optimization etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Create and manage social media paid promotion and its performance.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Educated to degree level in Marketing, PR or a related field.
  • 2+ years proven experience as Digital Marketing Officer or similar role; Agency or Client side.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, HotJar etc.).
  • Analytical mindset, critical and data-driven thinking.
  • A self-starter and can manage yourself but still want to learn from those around you.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
