We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to be responsible for the overall management and operation of our leading international fashion brands store.

As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will help increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize store performance

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff

- Motivate and train the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service

- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times

- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

- experience in a retailenvironment.

- Exceptional sales and communication skills

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Ability to train, motivate, and manage staff

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluency in Greek and English is required.
