CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly respected provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, we are seeking to recruit a German-Speaking Sales Consultant to join their growing team based in Cyprus. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with German-Speaking prospects and clients of the Group. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written German and English and possess a proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding designated sales targets. With offices in Larnaca, our client is able to offer Hybrid and/or potentially fully remote working conditions to the successful candidate based in Cyprus.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients of the Group.
• Build strong relationships with clients in order to gain a full understanding of their needs and work to serve them effectively.
• Present products and services to prospects.
• Create measurable goals and a time plan with KPI’s on how this can be delivered.
• Review revenue targets and follow-up on client satisfaction.
• Have short, middle and long term plans on how to achieve pre-agreed targets.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development and Client Consulting.
• Outstanding client service and relationship building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German & English are essential.
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding designated targets.
• Ability to work as a part of a team and liaise successfully with other departments.
• Strong attention to detail.
