Position: Senior UI/UX Designer

Department: Web Development

Reports To: Head of Web Development

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with line manager and product managers
• Create high quality design assets including wireframes, mockups and prototypes for mobile and web interfaces
• Identify, troubleshoot and propose solutions to UX problems
• Competitor analysis and user research
• Ensures a consistent and branded look across all products of the company
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager
• Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment

Requirements

• BSc in design, UI/UX design, Computer Science or relevant field

• 5+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer, product designer, or in a similar role

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Problem solver and customer-centered

• Proven working experience in reading software documentation and producing design prototypes

• Ability to estimate and meet deadlines, high quality standards for your work, and high sense of responsibility

• Knowledge of Wireframe tools

• Excellent knowledge of Figma

• Able to work in a fast paced environment
