Currently on the looking for an experienced and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our Acquisition Media department. In line with our ambition to build the strongest digital marketing team in the industry, we want someone with a track record of producing and overseeing digital marketing content and who can deliver excellent revenue growth.

The Role

Operating across multiple countries and continents, this position will be focused on managing a conversion focused global media strategy, whilst also managing multiple brands. Additionally, the successful candidate will also work closely with several key partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Native/Fluent English speaker

• Native/Fluent in another language preferably one of the following: Italian, Spanish, Romanian, Hungarian, Greek

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar role

• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

• You are highly proactive, well-organised and analytical

• Have a keen interest in sports and ability to analyse sporting news.

• Sound knowledge of Social Media and its channels.

• Be able to carry competitor review and analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute campaigns across various social media channels.

• Daily optimisation of social media strategy to reach group KPI’s and targets.

• Develop forecasts and strategies to optimise the competitive position of the brand/s and increase Social Media performance.

• Identifying new opportunities of growth across various markets and social media channels.

• Regular analysis and performance reporting to main stakeholders.

• Provide recommendations and data-driven suggestions to management.

• Work closely with other members of the Central Marketing team and relevant departments.

• Drive strategies as well as guide data-driven tactical decisions in close to real time

• Provide support around marketing strategies and tactical execution.

• Proactively maintain high levels of up-to-date knowledge of best practices and strategies for social media marketing in the organisation and apply in the business where applicable
