We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Scrum Master to join our team. As a Professional Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our development teams to effectively deliver high-quality software products using Agile and Scrum methodologies. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a servant leader and coach, guiding and facilitating Scrum events. Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles and practices.
• Support and empower the development team by removing any impediments or obstacles that hinder their progress. Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that encourages transparency, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Educate and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum practices, helping them understand and embrace the Agile mindset. Promote the adoption of Agile engineering practices such as continuous integration, test-driven development, and iterative development.
• Track and analyze project metrics, team velocity, and sprint progress. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting project status, risks, and dependencies. Identify areas for improvement and suggest appropriate actions.
• Act as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and priorities. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Identify opportunities to optimize processes, increase efficiency, and enhance product quality. Encourage experimentation and innovation to drive iterative development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master guiding software development teams in an Agile environment. Familiarity with various Agile frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean) is essential.
• Hold a recognized Scrum Master certification (e.g., Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)). Additional certifications such as Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills. Ability to lead and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive positive change.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, build strong relationships, and influence decision-making.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends, practices, and tools in Agile and Scrum.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical solutions. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate through complex situations.
