CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests including Information Technology & Marketing, we are seeking to recruit Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for preparing a range of legal documents relating to corporate and commercial transactions as well as overseeing the company’s policies and position on various legal matters. You will hold an academic background relating to Law and possess approximately 3+ years of previous experience in corporate law. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents for corporate and commercial transactions, such share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, services agreements, marketing agreements, content agreements etc…
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Design and oversee the company’s policies and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
• Guide management on its transaction obligations, including regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Approximately 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Lawyer.
• Any previous experience in technology industry is a plus.
• Any experience and knowledge relating AML, GDPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.
