✅ Responsibilities:

• Prepare legal documents for corporate and commercial transactions, such share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, services agreements, marketing agreements, content agreements etc.
• Evaluate new business partnerships with vendors and subcontractors.
• Design and oversee the company’s policies and position on legal matters.
• Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
• Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
• Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
• Guide management on its transaction obligations, including regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

✅Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience as a corporate lawyer.
• Any previous experience in tech industry is a plus.
• Any background on AML, GDPR is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

Monday – Thursday 9:00 am – 18:00 pm ( with 1hr break)
Friday 9:00 am – 15:00 pm (with 30 mins break)
