About the position

As a Key Account Manager Robotics you will be a part of our new brunch of business, focused on the distribution of Collaborative Robots (aka. Cobots). Collaborative robots are equipment designed to interact in a physical way with people in a work environment, being able to share a collaborative space, so work and communication between robots and humans is easier.

Our KAMs will be able to work with different cobot types, such as Industrial cobots, service cobots, security cobots, professional cleaning cobots and logistics cobots.
Your role will be instrumental in helping us to grow our brand awareness and our cobots delivery capability within various industries and to maintain our position as the market top disruptor in the Robotics market.

Key function

Provides profitability of his / her key accounts portfolio;

Interacts with key partners / resellers / dealers / implementation teams – finds the best solutions for portfolio partners, forms offer packages and pricing, boosts agreements signature with key account’s end customers;

Analyzes the competitive environment;

Generates sales – keeps regular communication, provides support & consultancy to the partner, monitors partner pipelines, participates in end customer meetings;

Fulfills planned indicators (sales plan, KPI, reporting);

Cooperates with marketing department, knowing current marketing and advertising initiatives for the robotics products;

Takes part in internal & external events, EXPOs, industrial market public activities online & offline.

Qualification and skills

Minimum 2 years of practical KAM experience (IT, B2B, preferably Robotics)

Good knowledge of how a distribution company works

High level of sales skills

Proficiency in English at the Intermediate level and above

Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion

Highly dynamic, self-starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of Company

Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality

Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives

Committed to the job and its success

Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
