CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of highly innovative, technology driven solutions designed to improve Environmental Health standards, we are seeking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving revenue generation and growth via proactive sales and business development initiatives. You will need to have a passion for sales and possess proven experience within a similar client-facing role, with a strong track record of meeting and ideally exceeding designated sales targets. Any prior experience selling goods or services to the medical industry, HoReCa, shopping malls and/or other public institutions will be considered an advantage, but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage your personal pipeline of cold B2B customers, direct sales to potential customers and product distribution.
  • Searching for new prospects via various channels, including meetings, professional communities, expos and events.
  • Making regular proactive follow-ups to bring potential customers from initial contact all the way through to closure.
  • Setting up and making conference calls with clients, personal meetings, presentations to showcase the product and its main features.
  • Helping solve any technical issues of potential customers in collaboration with the Product team.
  • Providing user feedback about the product to the rest of the team.
  • Reach and exceed personal quarterly sales targets.
  • Help the company build long term relationships with clients.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • A passion for sales and driven by achieving challenging goals.
  • Proven experience in a previous sales and business development role is a must.
  • Highly commercial with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
  • Previous experience selling products or services to the medical industry, HoReCa, shopping malls, and other public institutions will be a significant advantage.
  • Ready to dive into a new product and become an expert.
  • Great time management skills and able to multitask.
  • Fluent English both written and verbal to approach both local and international markets.
  • Any knowledge of either the German or French languages will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
