Company Overview:

We are a key player in the solar energy provider market of Cyprus. We are looking for a motivated Solar Parks Supervisor to join us in our current phase of rapid growth who will be able to monitor, supervise and maintain PV parks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, supervise and maintain designated Photovoltaic Parks, in different areas, all over Cyprus
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs or maintenance
• Make adjustments/ improvements and developments of the System Monitoring, Software Solutions and Data Management
• Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of the PV Parks.
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff and/ or Employers contractors/subcontractors
• Monitoring the electricity production
• Being the main point of contact for the solar parks
• Managing the different maintenance contractors (CCTV, alarms, etc.)
• Ensuring the fulfilment of the Health and Safety, Security and Law requirements defined for the operation of the Solar parks.
• Ability to analyze the causes of possible incidents and to propose and implement permanent corrective solutions.
• Management of immediate response procedures in the Solar Parks
• Management of the communication, coordination and relationship with the energy distribution company in the area.
• Drafting of monthly, biannual and yearly reports on the Solar Parks.
• Detection and implementation to promote continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English & Greek
• Certified electrician at ETEK to handle a minimum of low voltage
• Minimum of 5 years experience as an electrician
• Drivers license
