We seek to cooperate with a Cyprus, law graduate or licenced lawyer, in order to join our team and further develop our legal department at our office in Cyprus.

Responsibilities

• Assistance in preparation and analysis of legal documents

• Assistance with administration of portfolio of companies

• Company incorporations, MAA preparations and reviews

• Liaising with the clients and other stakeholders

• Liaising with colleagues in reference to various tasks performed

• General business administrative activities

Qualifications

• Experience or background in law will be considered an advantage

• Proficient knowledge of English (written and spoken)

• Russian/Polish will be considered an advantage

• University graduate student will be considered an advantage

• Proactive, professional, client service oriented, with good organizing skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word etc)

• CySEC AML Certificate (or willingness to undergo the exam), will be considered an advantage

• High level of professionalism, confidence, and other interpersonal skills

• Willingness to acquire Cyprus Bar Association licence, will be considered an advantage
