CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International wholesaler of cutting-edge security systems, we are seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager to join their growing team based in Cyprus. The successful applicant will be tasked with further developing our clients presence within the Cyprus market, working with distributors to equip them with the skills and knowledge to resell our clients products in an effective and successful manner. You will need to have proven experience in Sales & Business Development, ideally within a relevant industry sector, be target driven and possess outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Regular travel across Cyprus will be required for this position and as a result our client will be offering fully remote working conditions within Cyprus for the successful candidate. Our client offers a company car, mobile and laptop as part of an attractive and competitive remuneration package.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales Director & Commercial Director to formulate and then execute the expansion plan within the Cyprus market.
  • Formalise value propositions based on an analysis of customer needs.
  • Manage partners and agents networks.
  • Manage the sales process including negotiations and closure of new business and partners contracts.
  • Plan and conduct regular meetings with Senior Management to update them on the sales strategy and pipeline.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client and partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Assess the opportunities to develop a long term, sustainable business relationship and recommend the appropriate contact strategies.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives as set by the Director of Sales.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Business, Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Any previous experience working within the Security industry will be considered a significant advantage, but not essential.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential.
  • Previous experience using ERP systems is desirable.
  • Willingness and ability to travel across the Island for work purposes.
