CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a rapidly expanding company offering single wallet white label Casino & Sports solutions via Mobile, Tablet and PC to clients across the world, we are seeking to recruit a Sports Risk Team Leader to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for analysing sports data to identify potential risks and/or trends as well as developing and implementing risk management strategies for various sporting events. You will need to possess strong analytical skills including experience using data to make informed decisions and will ideally hold previous experience in sports betting or any other relevant field.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Analyse sports data to identify potential risks and/or trends.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies for sports events.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with sports organizations to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and developments in sports risk management.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Economics, Sports management) will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform decision-making.
• Familiarity with sports data sources and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in sports risk management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with statistical modelling will be considered as an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
