CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organisation operating in the manufacturing sector, we are seeking to recruit a Native English-Speaking Sales & Retention Executive to join their team in Nicosia.
We are representing this expanding International organization that is establishing a Customer Service Centre in their Nicosia office to support their global offices and clientele.
The working hours for this position are from Monday - Friday from 10:30am to 7:00pm Cyprus Time.
- Responsible for contacting potential clients by phone to introduce new products and generate sales
- Develop new business
- Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
- Gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
- Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries
- Carry out market research and surveys
- Participate in sales events
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with Owners and Managers
- Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
Key Skills and Experience:
- A native level of English is essential for this role
- Must possess excellent negotiations skills with the ability to plan and strategize
- Must be resilient and tenacious
- Goal Orientated and adaptable
- Must be enthusiastic and communicative
- Must have previous experience in a sales orientated role
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- Previous experience selling by phone an advantage
