Minthis is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and friendly Spa Receptionist to join our growing team of people.

Location: Minthis, Paphos

Main Responsibilities:

• To welcome guests on arrival with a smile and a warm greeting and assist in their registration.
• To input data into the computer based on the registration form completed by the guest.
• To take reservations for the appointments for all treatments.
• To answer the telephone in a polite and helpful manner.
• To handle guest queries and assist guests with any reported problems.
• To give information and orientation to new members.
• To take action in case of emergency and advise the Duty Manager or Head of Department immediately.
• To be aware of morning activities.
• To read the Log Book and flag reports, taking corrective action whenever necessary.
• To ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy at all times.
• To be properly dressed and groomed and wear a name badge.
• To be efficient and friendly. To give guests individual and personal attention. To address guests by their names.
• To perform other duties as and when requested by the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

• High School diploma.
• Previous experience as a Receptionist at Spa will be considered as an advantage.
• Proficiency in Greek & English. Knowledge of any other language (i.e Russian and German) will be considered an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
• Cleanliness and hygiene standards

A remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered to the successful candidate.
