As Back-Office Manager (Verification) you will supervise and lead a team opening accounts and providing support to our clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Mentoring and guiding the Back Office (Verification) Team
• Ensuring efficiency of tasks, including account opening and responses to Client’s requests and queries
• Identifying and resolving arising matters in order to ensure efficiently and professionalism
• Evaluating the team and identifying performance weaknesses and training needs
• Improving procedures on a continual basis

Key Requirements

• Pride in quality of work
• Ability to mentor and motivate a team
• Excellent management of time of self and team
• At least 2 years’ relevant managerial work experience
• Languages: Excellent command of English
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
