Almond Recruitment on behalf of our client, a leading forex firm, are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their offices in Limassol. This would be a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely strong and well-established company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the CMO in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and roll-out plans across brands and regions
• Delegate and coordinate the marketing team’s projects, to meet delivery and quality objectives
• Assign and monitor incoming projects to each team using Jira project management tool
• Liaise with other departments such as Product Managers, Project Managers and Business Development teams to define and gather project requirements
• Lead the execution of marketing projects, from start to finish
• Evaluate progress and deliverables based on the agreed marketing strategy and set KPIs
• Act as project lead for recurring and ad-hoc projects, as needed
• Prepare roadmaps, presentation decks, proposals, and creative briefs
• Carry out market research and competition analysis during a new region penetration stage, product launches etc, in respect to the target country’s culture and consumer preferences
• Stay up to date with marketing trends and digital best practices, explore new and innovative ideas

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in a position with similar responsibilities
• Experience within financial services, technology, gaming industries and online platforms is a must
• Knowledge of analytics & and key marketing metrics (lead nurturing, automation, audience segmentation and web analytics)
• Experience with Jira project management tool will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think critically and take necessary actions
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Strong team working skills
• Fluency in English
• It can be remote working or flexibility in the working hours
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
