Your role at Exness:

We are opening a great opportunity for an experienced PSP Onboarding Specialist to join us at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus. You will work with the Vendor Relationship Manager supporting the interaction with all payment providers and relevant vendors, helping to build strong relationships with our vendors and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible payment experience for Exness clients worldwide.

You will:

• Support the Vendor Relationship Manager in the communication and management of vendor relationships;

• Operate as the point of contact for potential and existing vendors;

• Monitor the operations of the providers according to the Service Level Agreements;

• Assist with the day-day operations of vendor management;

• Manage internal /external communications and issue resolution;

• Support the onboarding procedure for new vendors;

• Collaborate with internal and external teams on new vendor projects;

• Analyze the activities of our competitors and the industry to identify new opportunities and vendors;

• Collaborate with the Payment Product Team regarding new projects and implementations;

• Ensure all Vendor related data is kept current and updated as and when required;

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience working within online focussed companies ideally within forex/payments or gambling industries;

• Experience working with online payment solutions within an international environment;

• Ability to work independently and manage own workload;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills;

• Motivated team player;

• Fluent in English; Russian will be considered an advantage,
