We are currently looking for an HR Senior Officer to join our HR Internal department in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of internal projects relating to the provision of HR services of the company.

The Opportunity:

  • Supporting in further developing the Firm’s HR system
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes and procedures
  • Producing reports and management information that can be used for strategic consideration with analysis and recommendations as appropriate
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects
  • Supporting the HR team to respond to employees’ queries
  • Maintaining records and supporting employees for maternity, paternity and parental leaves
  • Assisting in employee onboarding and off-boarding procedures
  • Being involved in procedures and tasks that relate to the employees’ professional qualifications (i.e. ACCA, ACA, CFA, ADIT)

The Requirements:

  • University degree with a minimum grade of 2:1 or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Occupational Psychology or Business Administration or any other related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
  • Able to work effectively within a team
