The Island Private School of Limassol that opened its doors to children in September 2022 - is searching for a Junior Finance accountant.

This is a fantastic opportunity for junior accounting professional to continue professional journey and gain new experience in newly created Finance team of the largest private school in Cyprus.

The person will be reporting to Senior Finance Accountant.

Job description:

• Invoices and accounts receivable postings
• Operating expenses and accounts payable postings
• Payment request preparation, bank statement processing
• Fixed assets master data management
• Prepare financial reports and analysis when required

Profile:

• University degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or a related field.
• 2+ experience in accounting / book-keeping in Cyprus
• Basic knowledge in Cyprus taxation: VAT
• Experience in automation of accounting processes is an asset
• Full proficiency in English and Greek languages
• Comfortable user of MS Office Excel
• Must possess great attention to detail.
