Our client a rapidly expanding Investment Firm is seeking to hire a a reliable Affiliate Manager for their Nicosia offices.

What you would be doing:

• Recruit new Affiliates, including business negotiation;
• Develop and maintain existing relations with affiliates through ongoing and intensive contact with Affiliates;
• Monitoring, analysis and optimization of data;
• Training team members to ensure that they understand company policies and procedures;
• Reviewing sales reports to determine which campaigns are producing results and which ones need to be improved or discontinued;
• Analyzing demographic data and statistics to identify emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services;
• Communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues with their accounts;
• Evaluating the performance of affiliate managers by reviewing sales reports, interview notes, and other documentation about their work performance;
• Reviewing content on websites to ensure it is relevant and appropriate for the brand or product being promoted;
• Negotiating contracts with new affiliates or renewing existing agreements with existing partners.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

• Native/Mother tongue level English, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience as Affiliate Manager
• Identifying and recruiting new affiliates.
• Manage existing affiliates and reactivating lapsed affiliates.
• Analyse performance and recommend/implement improvements.
• Maintaining on-going communication campaigns.
• Keeping affiliates up to date on new products and any program enhancements.
• Keeping track of affiliate sales and paying affiliates in a timely manner.
• Monitoring and reporting on competitors’ affiliate campaigns and promotions.
• Excel- high level: analysing and editing data and reports
