Engino-Net Ltd, Toy Manufacturer of the patented and awarded Engino Toys (www.engino.com) is seeking to hire a Senior Brand Designer to join the Visual Experience Team at the R&D HQ office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Role Description:

The role requires of a senior level graphic designer/creative strategist with experience in packaging and brand design, who will be responsible for the Research, Design, Develop and Technical Implement Engino’s brand visual assets for retail, packaging, pr, communication and marketing projects. Daily he/she will provide technical and aesthetical knowledge, supporting the operations of R&D teams. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Engineering, Production) on strategic projects and tasks, thus the ideal profile should be a team player, with problem solving mentality, strong communicator, with a passion for results and perfectionism.

Position Requirements:

• Degree in Fine Arts / Graphic Design BSc-MSc at BA-MA-Msc level.
• High experience in Creative and Technical Direction of Brand Assets.
• Excellent visualization and creative artwork skills (Sketching, Illustrating, Visualizing with several media)
• Excellent use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• High sense of Aesthetics with deep understanding of Visual Communication through Form, Function, Typography and Color.
• High experience of typographic operations and web technologies.
• Strong Project/task management skills with a results-oriented mentality.
• Sufficient use of Corel Draw Suite is a plus.
• Excellent command of English is needed. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
• 6-8 Years of brand/packaging design experience in the fields of toys, electronics, retail.

Job description:

• Conceptualize, present and develop ideas, insights, concepts, designs and technical Drawings.
• Develop packaging and brand design technical specifications for printing and digital applications.
• Perform hand and digital illustrations, renderings and visuals.
• Develop design research reports and astonishing presentations.
• Develop and Maintain a Color and Creative Document Management System (CDMS).
• Monitor and Evaluate printing and digital pre/post-production material from OEMS.
• Mentoring of junior team members.
• Communicate in a systematic way with project internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients.
• Project and task Manage brand design activities.
