What you will be doing

We are seeking a talented Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join our team. This person will be tasked with starting Agile teams from scratch and leading the transformation efforts for multiple groups. This person will work closely with other Scrum Masters and the Head of Engineering to lay the foundation for Agile practices for the future.

More specifically:

• Guiding/coaching/mentoring the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices,  the values to delight customers and how to get the most of self-organization
• Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
• Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove the impediments by finding the right personnel
• Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged with an emphasis on healing and problem solving
• Facilitating discussion, decision making and conflict resolution
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information
• Supporting and coaching the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
• Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
• Work with other Scrum Masters as a team share experience and emerging practices
• Maintain and improve team metrics reflecting the results to the team and facilitating retrospectives in a productive and fun way towards the direction of a continuous improvement culture

What you will need

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working in a similar position
• Influential, collaborative, observant with good leadership skills
• Empathetic and good listening skills
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, backlog refinement)
• Extensive knowledge and experience of Scrum and Agile culture
• Passionate about Scrum and willing to develop professionally in a Scrum/Agile environment
• Familiarity with software development
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Good communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English language

• Scrum master certification
• Knowledge and Experience on Scrum at Scale
• Experience with Payment Gateway technology
• Good command of the Russian language
