On behalf of our client, a leading materials provider to the construction industry for over half a century, we seek to recruit an experienced Building Materials Manager to overlook the operation in Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos.

The successful should have strong sales and managerial experience, with a civil engineering background. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a major profit center of the company
• Overlook the Nicosia budget and cost controls, 
• Sales monitoring and business development activities for Nicosia, Limassol and Paphos
• Targeting architectural offices and construction contractors
• Dealing with international suppliers  – building relationships and establishing partnerships
• Contract negotiations and product pricing
• Conducting market research for new products
• Onsite installation – overlooking that products are installed correctly
• Involved in after sales service to clients
• Training and development of staff members

Candidate Profile:

• Degree in Civil engineering or Architecture
• Strong business acumen 
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in the construction industry and excellent understanding of building materials
• Involved in consultative sales
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Fluent in Greek and English
