HR Lead, Nicosia – HRL/09/22

Our client, a leading group in the café and restaurant industry is looking for a high calibre and energetic person to lead the team

Position’s Duties and Responsibilities

This person will need to coach, develop and give guidance to the HR team. They will need to work on various projects and among others, they will have to build a strong learning and development system (or improve the existing) and develop further HR systems (such as HRM and payroll). In addition, they will work on the group’s culture and to improve the employer’s brand.

More specifically:

• Prepare budgets by department
• Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
• Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
• Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives

Position’s Requirements

• University degree in business, management, human resources or any other related field
• At least 8 years’ experience in Human resources in Retail, distribution, HoReCa or any other related industry
• At least 3 years in supervisory/managerial position
• HR Advisory experience will be considered as an advantage
• Good team management and coaching skills
• Ability in multitasking and project management
• Good numerical skills
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Very good knowledge in MS office and HR management systems
