As an HR Partner, you will have the role of a key business partner within a specific business unit in our local Cyprus Development Centre, and you will be responsible for implementing the HR strategy and best practices to support business goals. You will be leading the implementation of HR processes based on the HR calendar and provides consultancy to managers in HR related.

What will your job look like?

  • You will manage a business Partnership by providing consultancy to the management team on HR related issues
  • You will handle the HR strategy and Processes: Implementing the HR strategy and creating work plans using best practices to promote business goals. Set plans that meet Amdocs values and financial targets and are in accordance with local legislation and regulations. Lead the implementation of HR processes (based on the HR calendar) such as: Performance Management, Salary Revision, Annual Incentive Plan, Amdocs Values etc. Ensure that the relevant processes and tools are fully and effectively implemented.
  • You will also be responsible for the Employee Experience and Relations: Advise managers and employees on employee experience issues and special requests of managers and employees. Provide guidance and consultancy to the managers regarding employee relations issues, to ensure compliance with employment laws and ethical standards. Focus on the employee experience and organisation spirit.
  • You will be handling Change Management: Perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs driven form the business needs and challenges, in partnership with the BU
  • You will also partner up with Learning and Development, in collaboration with them you will develop and facilitate team building programs, and to define learning and development programs for managerial and professional capabilities development.
  • You will provide support to the managers with preparing and implementing communication plans as well as internal communication of changes and new initiatives 

All you need is...

  • 5-7+ years of relevant HR work experience preferably in a global/international service/consulting environment.
  • Practical knowledge in the areas of employee management, employee relations, reward, employment law, organizational development and employee development/learning
  • Past experience in global, complex companies will be considered a big advantage
  • Strong Communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage relationships with various stakeholders, being self-driven. You will be leading the local site for all HR related matters, so you will be working in a matrix environment, take ownership and share your insights and views on local matters with the remote management.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken.
