On behalf of Hoch Capital we are seeking to recruit an Executive Director.

Overall Purpose of Role

Member of the board of directors for the company with responsibilities at a strategic level in compliance and operations.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating and implementing strategy aiming at the development of the company's business
• To lead, review, monitor and guide the company's compliance policies and regulatory reporting
• Member of the board of directors and the senior management team of the company
• To prepare and/or monitor the preparation of any compliance reports  

Requirements

• University Degree in Law, Business, Economics or any other relevant field
• Previous work experience as a Director or in a similar position
• CySec certificate will be considered an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in the broader compliance sector
• At least 2 years’ experience within a CIF entity
• Experience in preparing compliance policies and reports

Special Requirements (Equipment Used, External Contacts etc.)

• Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Internet capabilities

Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc.)

• 0900 – 1800 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which may include overtime/weekends as part of the job
• On call as and when required
