CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding Law Firm with offices in both Nicosia and Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join their team. The successful applicant will be a member of the Cyprus Bar Association and possess 5+ years of relevant, post-qualification experience in Corporate Law. You can be based in our client’s offices in either Limassol or Nicosia and will be fluent in both Greek & English. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents as well as corporate and commercial agreements on behalf of clients.
• Drafting, reviewing legal opinions, memorandum and articles of association, resolutions, power of attorneys and any other legal documents.
• Handling complex corporate transactions, reorganisations and restructurings, including re-domiciliation of companies, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance transactions.
• Conducting legal research.
• Communication with clients, government authorities and other associates in Cyprus and abroad.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Law or a related subject.
• Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
• 5+ years of relevant post qualification experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate.
• Outstanding organizational and team working skills.
• Willingness to learn and evolve in a fast-paced environment.
