Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting macroeconomic and property market research and analysis
• Assist in the development of an industry-leading, data-driven information system
• Provide analytical support on a wide variety of assignments, including underwriting of loan or real estate portfolios
• Interpret data, consolidate results, formulate reports and make recommendations to management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed at least two years of a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering or related field
• Excellent academic record to-date
• A great attitude and hunger for learning
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Strong proficiency in MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Good command of the English and Greek languages
