Your role at Exness (short summary of the role):

Our Legal department is growing and we are currently looking for an experienced lawyer in corporate law to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus. The ideal candidate will be drafting and reviewing documents and advising on corporate law, commercial and other matters.  

You will:

• Advising on corporate law, commercial law, data protection and business matter;

• Preparation and/or review of corporate and commercial documents, including agreements, minutes/resolutions, statutory documents and powers of attorneys;

• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements of various jurisdictions of Exness’ companies;

• Drafting internal legal opinions / memos and advising on corporate, commercial and contract law issues and reviewing vendor relationships;

• Incorporation and maintenance of Exness’ companies in various jurisdictions;

• Liaising with external lawyers, agents and service providers;

• Research, anticipate and guard against legal risks;

• Other ad-hoc request as requested from time to time;

The ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 years legal experience working in a law firm or other relevant experience;

• Holder of at least a University degree in Law (LLB);

• Experience in handling corporate law, commercial law matters and data protection matters;

• Strong project and process management skills;

• A thorough approach to work and attention to details;A commercial mindset;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English and Greek, Russian will be considered an advantage;

• Experience in the financial services industry would be an advantage;
