We are looking for Junior Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property (Intern) to join our Corporate Services Team. The role will be focused on providing general support for the Intellectual Property and Brand Protection team in its daily business.

You will be:

• Support in management of our trademark and copyright portfolio (new registrations, renewals,handling oppositions and defenses, monitoring and taking enforcement actions on possible infringements) and management of our domain names portfolio
• Preparation/finalization of template letters and other documents
• Collate and organize documentary evidence required for legal actions/well known mark recognition in several jurisdictions
• Participating in the drafting and negotiation of contracts
• Management and processing of documents and data
• Development and monitoring of internal procedures
• Support in administrative legal tasks

The Ideal Intern:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Law (or in process of obtaining) and completed IP course
• Ability to work alone with light supervision and as part of a team
• Proactive, collaborative, flexible and curious
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking skills and solution orientated
• A commercial mindset
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
• IT proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office (incl. Excel and PowerPoint)
