We are looking for Junior Project Administrator (Intern) to join our People Development and Care Team. The role will be focused on coordination HR projects on people-related topics.

You will be:

• Participate in the coordination of people-related projects from formulating the project plan to the project closure in close collaboration with HR Project Managers and project stakeholders
• Coordinate the development and execute the project communication strategy included communication with the stakeholders and tracking the communication progress
• Report on the project's progress with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and money to the project board
• Participate in other HR and people related activities within a broader team

• HR Brand 

The Ideal Intern:

• Currently undertaking a bachelor's or master's degree in HR or Management 
• Basic understanding of HR theory, i.e. hiring, culture, performance management, development, etc.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian is considered a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication skills, presentation skills
• Strong time management, result-focus, responsibility
• Strong organizational skills
• Good relationship-building skills
• Good analytical skills/data analysis skills
• Quick learner, open and ready for new challenges
