We are looking to recruit a Kitchen Manager in our restaurant in Agia Napa.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in the field of Culinary Art will be considered as an advantage.

• At least 2 years work experience in relevant position.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Knowledge of Greek and English language.

• Computer Literate.

• Leadership skills.

• Team work spirit.

Duties:

• Manage the Back Of House sections for the efiicient operation.

• Manage the opening and/or closing of the kitchen.

• Check on the preparation, cooking and presentation of food, quickly and efficiently meeting the OB standards.

• Keep up to date with current promotions, new products and store specials.

• Managing store rooms, fridges and freezers in accordance with HACCP.

• Manage all kitchen's related office administration.

• Maintain accurate orders and stocking levels.

• Achieving the financial targets set for the store through effective stock control.
