CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Investment Firm with offices in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Reconciliation Officer to join their expanding team. The successful applicant will hold a relevant academic background related Finance, Accounting and/or Business and possess an excellent eye for detail. Strong Excel skills are a must as well as excellent communication skills in English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Reconcile Data in the accounting system (Reconcile banks/PSPs Balances with their statement and Client Balances with Platform balances) daily.
• Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company.
• Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings.
• Perform research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies.
• Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client’s funds and balances.
• Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings.
• Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Outstanding ability to identify errors.
• Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Fluency in English language. 
• Team player and trustworthiness. 
• Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method onboarded by the Company.
