The Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Designer to join our ever-growing marketing team. You will be responsible for every step of product development, from user research and exploring concepts, to ensuring a visually appealing design; efficient product implementation; and an overall end-to-end effective user experience based on the product's business strategy. You will report to the Head of the Design Team and/or the Chief Marketing Officer.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Define and analyse product problems and high-level user needs, and suggest design solutions for them
• Create user flows, wireframes and prototypes that demonstrate the intended end user experience, for mobile and web interfaces 
• Identify opportunities for product improvement or product features
• Create unified, end-to-end experiences through close collaboration with other members of the product team to ensure successful development and release of a useful product
• Solicit feedback from designers, product managers and product users to continuously improve design and functionality of the product 
• Analyse how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
• Work closely with other members of the product team to ensure successful development and release of a useful product

Main requirements:

• Degree in UI/UX, Graphic Design or relevant certification in Product Design
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Portfolio of completed projects (only applications accompanied by a relevant work portfolio will be taken into consideration)
• Experience in designing web-based and mobile applications
• Proficient knowledge of design software such as Figma, Sketch or InVision and Adobe Suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Strong aesthetics and graphic design skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
• Good time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Creative and passionate
• Ability to work well within a team as well as autonomously
