Prime Property Group is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for a Service Line Operator.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Communication with clients by phone, mail, in person
• Acceptance of requests from the clients
• Notifying clients of the status of their application
• Detailing and put tasks for maintenance managers in Bitrix
• Сoordination of visits of the maintenance (phone, mail)
• Create announcements for residents of the complexes (email)
• Interaction with other departments (after-sales service, construction) for more efficient problem solving
• Keeping statistics of requests, prioritization, and notification of managers about emergency cases
• Documentation for the management company

Requirements for the position:

• Fluent Russian and English is a must
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Communicative, friendly, user and team oriented, well organized, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Birtrix24
• Prior experience in a customer’s service field is desirable
• Work permit for Cyprus
• Greek will be an advantage
