ORTHODONTIC CENTER – OFFICE ADMINISTRATIOR

 

Orthodontic Center located in Nicosia is seeking to hire

an Administrator/Secretary to undertake the

following Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for the overall needs of the office.
  • Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
  • Design activities to meet customer demands.
  • Manage customers’ balances.
  • Maintain clients’ files.
  • Generate reports regarding various aspects of office operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • University or College graduate.
  • Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English Language.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

 

Salary and others benefits will be based on
