Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Audit/Accounting/Taxation Services Provider located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an Office Administrator;

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake general office administration duties
  • Basic book-keeping tasks
  • Provide assistance to the Management
  • Sort, organize and maintain office records accurately
  • Running office errands; social insurances, banks, VAT and TAX departments

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration studies or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience with accounting/bookkeeping activities will be considered an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Fast learner, an enthusiastic individual with a hands on approach and organizational abilities

Flexible working hours: either 8:30 - 17:30 or 10:00 - 19:00 with an hour lunch break
