The Position 

Rental Management Officer

Job Description

The successful candidate will be part of the Altamira Real Estate Asset and Portfolio Management team which manages the largest portfolio of rental contracts in Cyprus and will report directly to the Rental Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Communication with tenants

• Evaluation of application forms of current and prospective tenants and preparation of case presentations for management approval

• Monitoring of rental contracts and rental recoveries

• Preparation of new or renewal of existing rental agreements

• Collaboration with legal advisors for arrear and other rental disputes

• Collaboration with Finance department for rent collection

• Preparation of weekly monitoring reports according to the agreed Performance Monitoring Framework

• Collaboration with team members and other departments for the implementation of Asset Management Strategies

Skills/ Qualifications/ Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Business Administration/Accounting/Finance, or in a related field

• Work experience in company with an exposure to the Real Estate Market

• High Levels of integrity and work ethic

• Strong negotiation skills

• Proven ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines

• Pleasant and trustworthy

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)

• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written  

Location
The position is for Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia
