Pafilia is seeking to recruit Property Consultants for Paphos and Limassol. The successful candidates will develop and maximise the sales of properties and ensure the commercial success in local and overseas markets.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails
• Visiting potential customers to prospect for new business
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
• Representing the company in International exhibitions

Necessary requirements:

• University/College degree (Business related)
• 3-5 years of experience. Experience in the real estate industry would be considered an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English both written and oral
• Advanced Computer Skills, MS Office, Internet & Outlook
• Enthusiastic, customer oriented, self-motivated and organised
• Dynamic and ambitious, reliable and must possess analytical and creative skills
