Pafilia is seeking to recruit a Junior Legal Advisor to be based in Paphos. The successful candidate will support the Group Legal Advisor with the day-to-day operations of the Department.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist the Legal Advisor in the drafting of legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents.
• Analyse, draft and review legal documentation.
• Conduct research on appropriate legal matters relating to real estate industry (including property management & communal buildings) and migration. Participate in the preparation of contracts and other ancillary documentation for the clients.
• Overlook the Agreements distribution process and the administration procedures of the Department.
• Provide legal support to the various departments and companies within the Group and interact professionally with all levels of the organization, as well as external parties. Work collaboratively with Team members and colleagues across markets.
• Ensure that all legal opinions/stuff and advice commissioned by the Company are stored in the legal advice database.
• Ad hoc project work as requested by the Group Legal Advisor.

Necessary requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in law.
• Registration in the Lawyers Register in Cyprus.
• Post qualification experience gained in contract law and migration law will be considered as an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English and Greek.
• Excellent researching and drafting skills.
• Solution oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Remain updated with all the legal laws and ability to apply them in any given situation.
• Experience in interpreting legislation into practical application.
