Prime Property Group is one of the fastest growing real estate companies on the Cyprus market, offering its clients such services, as property sales, rentals, management, construction and other related services. Prime Property Group is willing to enlarge its internal staff and is currently looking for an Architect for our office in Limassol.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design verification/ review of architectural drawings.
• Audit drawings of external consultants to verify compliance with authorities and company design requirements.
• Pitching ideas and the creative vision to the client and communicating the project outline to the design team.
• Choosing the correct design elements for different projects.
• Overseeing the design projects, from start to finish, and monitoring the consultants to ensure they adhere to the budget and timeline constraints.
• Liaising with existing staff members, managers, supervisors, and clients in order to achieve set goals.
• Reviewing feedback from clients and making alterations according to the clients' and market needs.
• Analyzing market research to create more effective designs.
• Propose alternative design solutions.
• Prepare architectural drawings and construction details.
• Provide design and quality control support to construction management teams.
• Assist in the preparation of sales information documents.
• Communicate with external consultants to provide support and direction during the design and construction phase of projects.
• Report to the Head of Design and Project Leading Architect.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor degree in Architectural or other related fields.
• Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office.
• At least 7 years previous experience in similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge of the procedures to apply and obtain planning and building permits in the various jurisdictions in Cyprus.
• Good knowledge of the laws and regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
